DeeCarol White, the assistant principal at C.A. Roberts Elementary School, has received a promotion to principal at Roberts, effective Jan. 3.
The Paulding County Board of Education announced the decision Dec. 6. White is replacing Jason Gregaydis.
White, a former Marietta classroom teacher and instructional lead teacher at Paulding County's New Georgia Elementary, has served as the assistant principal at Roberts Elementary the past five school years.
