William Patterson Sumpter Jr., 75, of Dallas died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, according to Clark Funeral Home. He was born Aug. 16, 1935, in Atlanta to William Patterson Sumpter Sr. and Mary Autry Sumpter. He was a salesman for Sherwin-Williams and a member of New Canaan Baptist Church.
