We love La Bamba's, they have the best mexican around. We have tried others and have always gone back. The people there are very nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. I have been to Huey Luey's and waited what seemed like forever to just your average mexican food. Love La Bamba and will be going back!!!!

At La Cocina in Dallas I recommend you pay with cash. We went Sunday night and paid with a visa. When I checked my account Tuesday my bill had jumped almost $20.00. I called my credit card company to file a dispute. My credit card company called La Cocina and the manager called me back. She can not reverse the over charge because "that would make her short on the day of the reversal". So now I've got to drive over to get cash. I now read on the Internet other reports of credit card overchargeds at this establishment. Seems to me the cash refund is a method to keep the total number of disputes falsely low.

La Cocina! I have never tried anything there I didn't love. I have been to every place listed above and this by far the best! The food is so good, you can tatse how fresh the ingredients are, the chips are nice and light, the food comes out fast. My husband drive long haul and everytime he comes home he has to go eat la cocina. They are child friendly which is a big plus, they are great if you have a large group. Also they also make sure everything is nice and clean including the bathrooms. The food is the best, if I have to eat at another Mexican place it bugs me so bad because it just can't compare to the food at la cocina. They have more choices then most of the others as well, I love it!
