When Fins turned 10, we held a tailgate party for him at the GA Classic Car Show. We had bbq and b'day cake at one of the outlying parking lots, then we all walked around and ooh'ed and aah'ed at the classic cars parked along Main Street. We bought ice cream there for the boys, then took their picture under the Dallas Theatre marquis, that had the date and Dallas Car Show plastered on it.
It was a nice party 'un party' for 10 year old boys and their families, and the picture was the perfect keepsake of that hot July day. Just sharin'.
