Graduation Events May Cause Traffic Issues
Some drivers may want to steer clear of Paulding’s high schools around the times of this weekend’s graduation events.
Hundreds of high school seniors will be graduating across Paulding this weekend, and witnessing the milestone will be family, friends and more.
In short, the roads around the schools are expected to be a bit congested than normal before and after the five high schools’ graduation ceremonies.
Hiram, North Paulding and Paulding County high schools are having their graduation ceremonies today at 7 p.m., while commencement exercises at East Paulding and South Paulding are set for Saturday at 10 a.m.
Those not attending the ceremonies may want to plan detours if their planned travel would take them past one of the school’s during their graduation events.
And for those attending a graduation, we hope you’ll make plans to arrive early due to the high volume of traffic expected, else you may wind up like these spectators did last year.
