Paulding public safety officials and community members were among those who came out to Mount Tabor Park Tuesday morning for the county’s annual Patriot’s Day ceremony, which paid respect to the victims of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

The ceremony included the laying of wreaths to commemorate those who lost their lives, the ringing of the New York City firefighters' 5-5-5-5 bell call to honor the fallen fire personnel, a 21-gun salute by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard and the playing of “Taps.”
