At the intersection of Atlanta Highway and Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram stands a shopping center that awaits as many as nine new businesses.
Vacant spaces in the shopping center known as Westside Pavilion are the focus of this week’s edition of “Fill in the Blank,” where we show you a vacant building in Dallas or Hiram, and you tell us what type of establishment you'd like to see move there.
What would you like to see join these establishments?
As of Feb. 23, nine storefronts of various sizes are available in the shopping center, with individual suites ranging from 814 to 4,060 square feet; four of the suites can be combined to give a prospective tenant as much as 11,195 square feet. Atlanta-based Skyline Seven Properties is offering the retail space for lease.
See the attached document for more information on the shopping center and its available spaces.
We’ll be using our Fill in the Blank column to report on previously reported empty storefronts should there be news on potential businesses moving in. Let us know if you get wind of any talk of new business coming to town and we’ll look into it—that’s how we heard last year about Academy Sports’ plans to build in Hiram following the closure of the city’s Kroger location.
Lastly, if there are any vacant storefronts or buildings you would like us to explore, let us know in the comments.
