Cobb County's Lost Mountain Park provides extensive recreational amenities for nearly every West Cobb resident. The Ward Recreation Center, the Lost Mountain Tennis Center (12 courts) and the West Cobb Senior Center are all located in the park as well as eight softball fields, a baseball field, two football/soccer fields, two playgrounds, three picnic pavilions, three concession buildings, two fishing ponds and walking tracks.

The park sponsors numerous programs including softball, football, baseball, basketball and soccer for youths and soccer, basketball and softball for adults. Tennis programs are available for all ages.
