Held in conjunction with the Hiram Pumpkin Patch Festival\, Pastrie s and Poetry is hosted by the always charming Teacups &\; Cupcakes te ahouse located at 159A Main Street\, Hiram\, GA. Festival starts at 10 A M and readings start promptly at 2 PM. Both events are open to the publi c\, with free admission\, so bring the family down for a full day of art &\; literature.\nPastries and Poetry will have you on your feet\, in teracting with local writers in ways that will surprise you. This is not a run-of-the-mill poetry reading event like a poetry slam &ndash\; this is a completely unique event only found in Paulding County. Come join t he PCWG to celebrate member&rsquo\;s poetry\, inspirations\, and endeavo rs while you browse local author&rsquo\;s published books and eat decade nt cupcakes. Listen to poetry readings from local writers and learn abou t the PCWG&rsquo\;s writing contest for middle school students over a ni ce\, hot cup of tea.
