Currently there are approximately 37000 homes for sale in the metro Atlanta area. A balanced market has approximately 60000 homes on the market for sale. Median prices are up 37.9%, days on market are down 21.1%. Pending sales are up 20.9%, NEW listings are up 7.9% and the number of homes for sale is down 19.1%.
