4th Annual Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebration
When/Where: Saturday, 6 – 10 p.m. at Ben Hill Strickland Sr. Memorial Park, 372 Oak St., Hiram
Why Go: Musical/performance group “Glow” will perform, great food and fun for the whole family, concluding with a fireworks presentation

Fireworks Extravaganza
When/Where: Sunday, 6:30 – 10 p.m. at New Season Church, 4457 Atlanta Highway, Hiram
Why Go: Enjoy food, family, fun and fireworks. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be prepared by the youth group; everything else is free.
Pricing: FREE admission—food can be purchased as a fundraiser for the youth group

Marietta Independence Day Parade
When/Where: Monday, 10 a.m.: Route begins at Roswell Street Baptist Church, then heads west on Roswell Street, north on East Park Square past Glover Park and Square, down Cherokee Street, ends at North Marietta Parkway
Why Go: Celebrate America’s Independence Day with more than 85 parade entries and approximately 2,000 participants. Food, arts, crafts, carnival games will be available throughout Glover Park on the Marietta Square

Marietta Fireworks Display
When/Where: Monday, 9:30 p.m., fireworks will be shot from First United Methodist Church parking lot, 56 Whitlock Ave., Marietta
Why Go: Enjoy one of the largest firework displays in the south. KICKS 101.5 FM will broadcast patriotic music during fireworks display.
Pricing: Admission is FREE: Traffic is expected to be heavy, get a parking space near the square early.
