Within hours of daybreak on Saturday morning, Little Caesars handed out, what seemed to an endless supply of Emergency Relief Certificates for 2 pizzas to the Residents, Relief Workers and and First Responders working the effected areas. From what I saw of the certificates it was over 200 pizzas.
