Slight Snow Still Set to Slide In

Despite the sunny skies this afternoon, forecasters still expect snow in Paulding County.

While the afternoon sunshine might have made today's temperatures seem bearable, the threat of snow, though small, still remains.

The National Weather Service says we can expect occasional light snow tonight, mainly after 7 p.m., with the chance of precipitation standing at 90 percent. But theΒ  snow accumulation is expected to be less than 1 inch.

With an overnight low estimated at 26 degrees, the precipitation could make roads slick tomorrow morning. The day will likely start out cloudy, then gradually become mostly sunny, pushing the mercury up to the 40-degree mark. Tomorrow night's low temperature will be about 23.
