Dallas Artist Enjoys Arts Streetfest in Alpharetta

Several artists from Dallas took the drive to Alpharetta for a weekend of exhibiting and selling their works. Rain dampened the enthusiasm and reduced the crowds on Sunday, but the sunshine on Saturday brought them out.

"This was a great weekend for us. We really enjoyed ourselves and the crowd was great," said Brenda Biderdorf of Brenda's Fused Glass.

Biderdorf has been working in fused glass for four years, according to her website. She's self taught, having learned by reading books and Internet sites, taking classes, experimenting, practicing and talking to other glass artists. Her studio is in the basement of her Dallas home.
