Paulding Musicians in October Show
The Dallas Martin Band will perform at the Dallas Theater after beating out three other bands at a fundraiser to be named Dallas' best band, Neighbor Newspapers reports.
The Dallas Martin Band, which features two members from Dallas and two from Powder Springs, is set to perform at the Dallas Theater on Oct. 13 at 8 p.m.
The band gets to perform after beating out three other bands at an April 28 Relay for Life fundraiser to be named Dallas' best band, Neighbor Newspapers reports.
Lead singer Dallas Martin and bassist Trey Williams are from Dallas; Jake Kassars, the lead guitarist, and Ben Gallimore, the drummer, are from Powder Springs, the newspaper says.

"The Dallas Martin Band has played all over Georgia in the largest venues available and branched out to Texas as well," the Dallas Theater's website says. "They have been hailed one of the top unsigned bands around and a leader in Georgia country music. ... Original music includes heartfelt lyrics with catchy hooks, and country music with an alternative edge."
Tickets to the show can be purchased for $13 online or at the box office.
