Three awards were given during the event, with the first being Ambassador of the Year, which honors an outstanding individual among those who serve as the Chamber’s marketing arm.
Sara Magnusson was named Ambassador of the Year for 2011. She joined the Ambassadors in 2009 and now serves as secretary of the group. She has been with Regions Bank since 1999 and currently serves as the Business Development and Branch Manager at the bank’s Paulding Plaza branch.
