New Restaurant Coming to New Hope

The Paradise Shoppes of New Hope will welcome a Mexican restaurant in about two months.

Last month, our weekly feature took a look at the Dallas shopping center known as the Paradise Shoppes of New Hope, .

That number will soon drop to four as a new restaurant comes to town. Ryan Holzer, vice president of Atlanta-based Skyline Seven Properties, which is offering the retail space for lease, told Dallas-Hiram Patch on Friday that a Mexican restaurant known as Totopos will move into a 3,570-square-foot retail space that was formerly a Beef O’Brady’s.

Holzer says this is the first Totopos but the owners operate other Mexican restaurants. This restaurant, he says, is slated to open in about 60 days.

Let us know if you get wind of any talk of new business coming to town and we’ll look into it—that’s how we heard last year about following .

If there are any vacant storefronts or buildings you would like us to explore in the coming weeks, let us know in the comments.

Excellent. We have missed BOB's and have been waiting for new place to open. Welcome and thanks for choosing New Hope for your business.

It has been more than 60 days. Is there an update on their opening?

Just ate here food was great but for now don't wait till your hungry. It took forever! They apologized and said they we're short staffed. That rubbed us wrong considering we saw plenty of staff just standing around talking among themselves and friends they had at tables. Took ten minutes just for someone to come to our table to greet us. We'll try it again in a few months when they pull it together.
