Nine suites in a Hiram retail center are awaiting tenants.

At the intersection of Atlanta Highway and Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram stands a shopping center that awaits as many as nine new businesses.

Vacant spaces in the shopping center known as Westside Pavilion are the focus of this week’s edition of “,” where we show you a vacant building in Dallas or Hiram, and you tell us what type of establishment you'd like to see move there.

What would you like to see join these establishments?

As of Feb. 23, nine storefronts of various sizes are available in the shopping center, with individual suites ranging from 814 to 4,060 square feet; four of the suites can be combined to give a prospective tenant as much as 11,195 square feet. Atlanta-based Skyline Seven Properties is offering the retail space for lease.
