The efforts of film crews who came to Paulding County and other metro Atlanta-area locations last year were realized late in the week as Footloose premiered both locally and worldwide Friday. , and Hiram’s movie theater as Thursday turned into Friday. Our coverage of some of Friday’s football action was a bit different last week, as our feature on one of the games wasn’t centered on the action on the field, but rather, as we brought you . But as usual, on Friday we kept you informed throughout the night with for games involving Paulding, Bartow, Cherokee, Douglas and Cobb county teams.
