Fine Weather on a Day of Remembrance

Here are a few things you should know today.

1. We probably can’t ask for nicer weather on a day where many will remember the lives lost exactly 10 years ago.

The National Weather Service says we can expect sunny skies and a high near 84 today, while the night should see mostly clear skies and a low in the mid 50s.

2. The of in Dallas will be the site of —10 years removed from the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The event, put on by law enforcement and firefighting personnel from the county and Retired New York City Shields of Georgia, begins at 8 a.m.
