Funeral Announcements: Dec. 28

David Willie Jones: The 27-year-old died Monday, Dec. 26, 2011. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Bellamy Powder Springs Chapel at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Ronnie Tibbitts officiating. Interment will beat Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation prior to service.

Cathy Andrea Powell: Oct. 25, 1949 - Dec. 27, 2011. A memorial service for the Roswell resident will be held Thursday, Dec. 29, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Benson Funeral Home with the Rev. Todd Tibbitts officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Dec. 29, from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m.

Dovey Beatrice Locke: July 18, 1943 - Dec. 22, 2011. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 28, at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery.

Albert Mason: July 20, 1925 - Dec. 26, 2011. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 30, at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, with Pastor Bill Reese officiating. The interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.

William Jerry Peacock: Aug. 3, 1939 - Dec. 25, 2011. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Wednesday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Warren Causey officiating. Music will be provided by Willard Walker, Olin and Helen Walker. Serving as pallbearers will be William Jarah Bone, Alan Lane, Curtis Vann, Jason Clarke, Mitchell Jenkins and Keith Peacock. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, Dec. 28, from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
