Studio's Groundbreaking, Government Meetings To Make for Busy Tuesday

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 70-percent chance of precipitation today, with showers and thunderstorms likely after 8 a.m. Besides those conditions, we should see partly sunny skies with the high temp near 89 degrees, couple with winds between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
