This year’s theme is “Cake is Art and Art is Everywhere. Decorators are asked to bring a picture of the artwork that inspired them.

There are four different categories, including youth cupcake and youth cake, which are limited to competitors ages 10 to 15; and adult cupcake and adult cake, for decorators 16 and older, according to a news release for the event.

Each category is limited to 15 competitors; there were 13 entries as of Monday.
