The money raised at the event will go to help pay the expenses of chemotherapy, prescriptions, doctor appointments, and so much more for Justin Perkins and Taylor Lecroy.

10:45 "kick off"
The American Legion Post 111 is doing a donation motorcycle ride from their post (off Scoggins Road) to EPHS where they will ride onto the track. The EPHS and the PHS will perform a joint presentation of the colors. Cadet Renee Schwartz will sing the National Anthem. Thomas Waters will give the invocation. Then the Legion Riders will depart and head over the Hardy
Family Ford (for their Mustang Show).
We will then hear a bagpiper play as the color guard escorts all survivors in a reverse lap around the track. At that point there will be some opening remarks.
After that the DJ will begin music and entertainment. All walkers will begin walking laps. Texas Roadhouse will be on field providing waters/fruit/bread to all walkers. There will be a first aid tent on the field for minor injuries. Both families will have a "home base" on the field for walkers to visit, share stories with and sell merchandise for
fundraising.
There will be a kids activity area with arm bands for sale that will provide unlimited access ($7 for 1 child, $10 for 2 children, $13 for 3, $16 for 4 and a maximum of $20). There will be a giant slide, bounce house, obstacle course, pony rides, face painting, bubbles, coloring, a rock wall & more).
There will be food vendors: Johnny's Pizza, Rodney's BBQ, The Thirsty Parrot, Firehouse Subs (providing cookies and brownies) and Yogli Mogli
There will be corporate vendors.
Public Service Representatives: police, fire, s.w.a.t, ambulance and air life
Blood drive from 2-6pm
Ashley Mayes will be cutting hair for Locks of Love and also anybody who wants to "shave their head".....all proceeds being donated.
There will be a raffle and an auction (lots of great items to win and to bid on)!!!!!!
T-shirts for sale, donations (in person and online....available at
www.operationappreciationga.org) and we will be giving away 1,000 bags with corporate discounts, coupons, flyers, etc. to all walkers/guests until they are gone....
