Jogging and Blogging

The life of a metro Atlanta real estate agent

Most of you might not know I am a new mother. My son Vincent is 20 months old and thinks he owns my house and all the occupants. Well, in an attempt to take back my identity and house. Mommy alone time has been introduced and in place since the 2nd week of January of this year. Now 4 days a week mommy is going to have alone time.  I have been using this time to reunite with my former passion of jogging and my new passion blogging.

I am JOGGING because Mommy, I mean, ME needs to lose these last few pounds of baby weight. I dare not be UNPREPARED for my busy season. Yes, it is getting better but I will still have to view around 10 houses before we locate the house they wish to purchase and make an offer. In the market I sell, average properties are big and have stairs. If it is a foreclosure or distress sale the utilities may be disconnected and you are walking in a sweltering heat. Don’t judge me I am doing this for my business. It is so much easier to be in decent physical condition to show houses.

I am BLOGGING because it is time for Vincent to go to daycare and Mommy, I mean, ME to go back to being a real estate whiz. I am known for knowledge all over Metro Atlanta including Alpharetta, Atlanta, College Park, Douglasville, Dunwoody, East Point, Fairburn, Fayetteville, Hiram, Marietta, Peachtree City, Powder Springs, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, and Union City. Don’t judge me I am doing this for my business. It is much easier in this business if you advertise. That’s all blogging is….I think.

Well, that’s all I have time for this evening. I need to go to sleep so I can get up and JOG. Then, later on I will BLOG.

Visit my web site for insight on how I assist buyers and sellers in the Atlanta metropolitan area real estate market at www.MetroATLRealEstate.com.  Or call me at: (678)523-1621. Or call me and tell me where you jog in metro Atlanta.
