Octavia H. Reynolds-Jones, age 54, of Lithonia, GA, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013. She was born in Atlanta, GA, August 1, 1958 and was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Evans. Mrs. Reynolds-Jones worked for Emory Hotel as a clerk and was a member of Gethsemane Community Fellowship in Dectur, GA.

Frances Summers Curtis, age 81, of Hiram, GA, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013. She was born, February 20, 1932, the daughter of the late, James H. Summers, Sr. & the late, Beulah Cox Summers and was also preceded in death by her husband, Leon Curtis, son, Steven Leon Curtis and brother, James Henry Summers, Jr. Mrs. Curtis was a retired accountant with Lawrence, See & Beavers and also a former clerk for the City of Hiram. She loved reading, gardening, crafts and traveling, and was a big Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan. Mrs. Curtis was a member of Cochran Ridge Baptist Church.

Virginia Gulledge Carroll, age 79, of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013. She was born on March 26, 1934 in Marietta, Georgia to the late Earl and Ola Burtz. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Carroll. Mrs. Carroll was a member of Unity Baptist Church, in Dallas, GA. She loved flower gardens and her church and family.

Violette Mae Saltzman, age 88, of Dallas, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She was born on March 16, 1925 in Moline, Illinois to the late Henry and Esther Roseman. Mrs. Saltzman was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
