Grady Abernathy: July 4, 1924 - Jan. 24, 2013. Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 26, at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Powder Springs Memorial Gardens with Masonic honors.

Shelby Jean Maxwell: July 27, 1937 - Jan. 24, 2013. Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 26, at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home, with the Rev. R.C. Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to any Cancer Center of your choice.

Bill Miller: Aug. 25, 1941 - Jan. 21, 2013. A memorial mass will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, at 3 p.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with Father Adrian Pleus officiating. (Saying of Rosary will be held at 2:30 p.m.). In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Miller, his body was cremated.

In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 680 W. Memorial Drive, Dallas, GA 30132.

Irene Couch: Feb. 19, 1916 – Jan. 24, 2013. Funeral service will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Wheeler officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff Eberhart and Becky Bearden and will include musical selections “When I Stand In The Presence,” and “I Won’t Cross Jordan Alone.” Roger McCommons, Doug Alsobrook, Mark White, Ken Graham, Stacy Shaw and John Hurst will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, Jan. 26, from 4 to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, Jan. 27, from 9 a.m. until departure in procession for the church at 2:30 p.m.

Herbert Howard Kite: April 20, 1937 – Jan. 24, 2013. Memorial service will be held in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 2, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Cole officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, Feb. 2, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Interment will follow at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, Jan. 26, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Everett Cecil Nolen: Aug. 7, 1933 - Jan. 24, 2013. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton with Masonic and full military honors. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA 30064.
