Funeral Announcements: Sept. 12

Jane McMillian: The 73-year-old Dallas resident died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Bellamy Chapel Hiram. Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Kennesaw. The family will receive visitors Friday, Sept. 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Belllamy Funeral Homes Hiram.

Lee Neal: Funeral services for the 55-year-old Hiram resident will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Hiram Chapel. The family will receive visitors Thursday at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m.

Leonard Potts: Sept. 30, 1924 - Sept. 10, 2012. Funeral services for the Marietta resident, formerly of Dallas, will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. from the Oak Hill Church in Rydal with the Rev. Hoyt Jones officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Church Cemetery with Dale Huddleston, Tommy Lewis, Greg Nichols, Blake Creek, Kirk Creek, Ken McMichen and Jamie Potts serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 3 to 8 p.m.

Everyone will meet at Oak Hill Church in Rydal on Thursday for the service. There will be no viewing or procession from the funeral home to the church on Thursday.

Billy Inman Bedgood Sr.: May 2, 1933 - Sept. 7, 2012. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, with visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. and service at 3 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, Hiram, with Dr. Bill Snow officiating.

Oscar Dobbs Jr.: March 11, 1942 - Sept. 7, 2012. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, at 11 a.m. from Flat Rock Baptist Church. Mr. Dobbs will lie in state from 10 a.m. till service time, with the Rev. Regynal Eppinger officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Martha A. Holcomb: Nov. 19, 1963 - Sept. 7, 2012. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, at 5 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home, with the Rev. Todd Tibbitts officiating.

Nancy Ann Teal: April 2, 1969 – Sept. 11, 2012. Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 14, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Wyatt and Brother Billy Gann officiating. Interment will follow in the Melrose Hill Memorial Park, Highway 61, Villa Rica.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 4 to 9 p.m.; Thursday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Friday, Sept. 14, from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour.
