no outlet signs

Hello, I live in Hiram on a culdisac and there are people who are flying down my road to get out just to realize that there is no exit, so they fly back up the road to get out, all while there are children out playing around out there. It's very dangerous and someone can hit one of our children one day the way they drive down my road. I am sure it's not only happening on my culdisac. I would like to suggest that the city put no outlet signs up on these kinds of roads or speed humps around these types of neighborhoods so our childrencan ffeel safe playing outside again. Thank you.
