Wellstar Paulding

Last Saturday my brother who is disabled fell.  I transported him to the new Wellstar Paulding Hospital.  After spending 3 hours in the ER waiting room we were taken back to a room.  After X Rays it was determined my brother had multiple pelvic fractures. We were then told that surgery  was not normally done with these types of fractures.  My brother was admitted 8 hours after first entering the hospital.  My brother has no insurance and his disability paperwork has been submitted but is in the pipeline somewhere.  My brother was totally immobile due to the multiple fractures.  We were told he would need rehab and it would take weeks to recover.  We were then told that since he had no insurance there was no facility to take him period.  We explained to the hospital that my brother had been staying with my mom prior to the fall but he could not return there as my mom is 80 years old with dementia and has had 2 strokes.  So 4 days later the hospital loaded my brother up in an ambulance and dropped him off at my Mom's house.  He is totally immobile, wheelchair bound because he cannot stand or walk on his own. No rehab or home care was set up by the hospital.  When we called the orthopedist who saw him at Wellstar Paulding, we were told since he is not insured that doctor refuses to treat him.  So we have a wheelchair bound adult male, dropped off at his 80 year old mom's home, unable to stand, walk, bathe, dress himself.  No rehad, no home care, and no doctor.  Does anyone out there have any ideas or suggestions?
