$25,000 Reward Offered for Douglas County Rite Aid Robbers

The Douglasville Police Department, Rite Aid, and Crime Stoppers Atlanta have come together to offer a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

The Douglasville Police and other local authorities have been searching for two men who robbed the Chapel Hill Rite Aid since Oct. 22. As they continue to commit robberies the reward for information leading to their arrest has increased to $25,000.

According to reports by the police, at approximately 11:30 p.m., two black men entered the Rite Aid on Chapel Hill Rd. The shorter man produced a handgun, taking control of the floor associate. The taller man did a sweep of the floor to ensure no customers or other workers were in the building.

The two later learned that the manager was in the back and escorted her to the front at gun point. The safe and registers were accessed and an unknown amount of cash was taken. Both men had a large letter “A” on the right chest of the sweater or jacket they were wearing.

DVPD, Rite Aid, and Crime Stoppers Atlanta have come together to offer a $25,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

Any information can be given to Lt. A. Cannon at 678-293-1711 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers Atlanta and still be able to collect the reward, at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or go online atcrimestoppersatlanta.org.

Use the two attached videos and "Be on the Lookout" flyer to identify the two men.
