Arrest Made in Dallas Armed Robbery Case
Dallas Police have charged a 19-year-old Dallas man in connection with a Friday night convenience store robbery.
The on Wednesday announced it had arrested a 19-year-old Dallas man in connection with the Oct. 21 robbery of on Hardee St.
Det. A.D. Herd with Dallas Police said Wade Batson of Dallas was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is facing an armed robbery charge. Herd said the arrest came after authorities received a tip to the suspect’s identity following the release of security camera footage from the robbery, which happened about 8 p.m.
As reported earlier, the incident saw a man pull a gun on a clerk and leave with an undisclosed amount of cash.
