Atlanta Man Dies in Friday Wreck; Dallas Man Charged
WSB-TV reported on the wreck that happened late Friday along Cadillac Parkway.
Officials with the Georgia State Patrol are investigating a Paulding wreck that killed an Atlanta man, WSB-TV reported Saturday.
WSB reported Saturday that 23-year-old Joshua Michael Mosley of Dallas was arrested in connection with the crash, which involved a motorcycle and a Pontiac G6 along Cadillac Parkway just before midnight Friday. Authorities said the crash killed motorcyclist Patrick Sebastian Smith of Atlanta.
According to records from the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, Mosley faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, homicide by vehicle, violation of open container laws and failure to yield at a sign.
