Bond Set for Two Charged in May Murder
Elgerie Mary Cash and Jennifer M. Weathington were arrested on felony murder charges in December.
A mother and her daughter over a May 30 death could soon be free on bond, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.
The AJC’s report said bond was set at $100,000 each for 45-year-old Elgerie Mary Cash of Stockbridge and 20-year-old Jennifer M. Weathington of Powder Springs. The two in connection with the death of Lennis Donovan “Donny” Jones.
Jones died as a result of a gunshot to the head in an incident that occurred at 28 Fernwick Court in Dallas about 3 p.m. May 30.
