Commission Honors Paulding Deputy
Deputy Brian Fitzgerald is the school resource officer at South Paulding High School.
The Paulding County Board of Commissioners this week gave its public safety award to a local school resource officer.
Deputy Brian Fitzgerald was recognized Tuesday "for his exemplary service to the Youth Services Division as well as the Paulding County Sheriff's Office and South Paulding High School," said Cpl. Ashley Henson, the spokesman for the agency.
Fitzgerald was given a certificate of appreciation and a "Dinner for Two" gift card from Texas Roadhouse.
