Hiram Police To Set Up Checkpoints Tonight

Two thoroughfares will be the focus of law enforcement's efforts.

Drivers going through Hiram tonight might see an abundance of blue lights as officers once again put on safety checkpoints.

The Hiram Police Department, as part of the Western Regional Traffic Enforcement Network, announced today that it will be cooperating with the Metro Atlanta Traffic Enforcement Network establishing sobriety checkpoints, safety belt and child passenger safety seat checks tonight along Highways 92 and 278.
