Another alleged victim has come forward to say she was molested as a child by a Paulding County man who was already facing child molestation charges from a 2012 arrest.

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release Tuesday that Dakota James McNeil, 25, of Dallas, was arrested May 30 and charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and rape. He is being held without bond at the Paulding County Detention Center.

Previously, McNeil was arrested on Oct. 4, 2012 and charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of aggravated sodomy. He was accused of victimizing two girls over the course of several years. Investigators said youngest victim was between the ages of 5 and 13.
