Sheriff’s Office: 1-Year-Old Died of Medical Problems
The boy's death had been reported to authorities Wednesday morning.
Officials on Thursday say no foul play was found to play a part in the .
Sgt. Brandon Gurley of the said that while further testing will be needed to nail down the exact cause of death, an autopsy conducted today by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation discovered that the boy, who resided at a Freedom Drive residence, died due to medical reasons.
“At this point, they still don’t have the exact cause, it’s going to require further testing, but it will be medical problems,” Gurley said.
