Sheriff's Office: Stay Away From Partially Frozen Lakes, Ponds
The Paulding County Sheriff's Office warns, especially children while they are out of school today, to stay away from partially frozen water areas.
With school being out today and temperatures plummeting into the single digits, the Paulding County Sheriff's Office warns people, via the Sheriff's Facebook page, to stay away from partially frozen lakes and ponds.
"Never walk on ice on a lake or pond. Although it may appear solid, it is more than likely very fragile.," reads the post.
