State Routes 120, 60 and 337 in Paulding, Fannin and Walker Counties will be being resurfaced, starting today through Friday, April 19, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Georgia DOT Maintenance crews will work on sealing the cracks on the surface of the roadway of SR 60 in Fannin County, SR 120 in Paulding County and SR 337 in Walker County. Sealing pavement cracks is a Georgia DOT maintenance practice that helps to prevent water from entering the base and sub-base of the roadway and extend the pavement life by at least three years, while improving rideability on that roadway.

Crack sealing work on these highways will proceed daily between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., weather permitting.
