Paulding County commissioners will have a few items on their plate during their meetings today.
On the agenda of commissioners’ 10 a.m. work session are reports on Paulding’s Parks and Recreation department and the county’s road repair project.
One item the board will consider approving would have several county vehicles and equipment deemed as surplus and able to be disposed of through auction or trade.
The entire work session agenda is attached to this article. Return to Dallas-Hiram Patch later today for coverage of the Board of Commissioners work session.
We’ll have a report later this week of commissioners’ 7 p.m. business session, at which they will vote on items carried forward from the morning’s work session.
Though today is the fourth Tuesday of the month, one local entity will not be convening. The Paulding County School Board is not having a meeting today as the school district is in fall break.
The school board’s next scheduled meeting is an Oct. 5 planning session.
