Greener Grass, Bluegrass and/or Wet Grass In Your Weekend?

According to the National Weather Service, showers and thunderstorms are likely, mainly after 2 p.m., with meteorologists putting the chance of precipitation at 70 percent. Otherwise, we’ll be under partly sunny skies with the mercury reach about the 90-degree mark. Showers and T-storms will remain likely until about 8 p.m., while this evening’s forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies and a low near 71.

Saturday and Sunday’s forecasts so far call for mostly sunny skies, with temperatures expected to reach about 91 Saturday and 94 Sunday, though a slight chance of rains and storms is mentioned in both outlooks, so keep the umbrella handy just in case.
