Paulding County government offices for a furlough day—one of seven during this fiscal year. Friday represents the sixth furlough day of fiscal year 2012; the final furlough day is set for June 1.
The Paulding Board of Commissioners . The closure of government offices on those seven days—all Fridays, with most preceding holiday weekends—was a move aimed at saving an estimated $566,000 as part of an approximately $2.3-million package of spending cuts.
