BOC Approves Ivey Gulledge Project
The curve realignment project is slated to begin in a month.
Work on Ivey Gulledge Road, which Paulding County officials say is one of several safety projects needing to be addressed, should begin in about a month.
voted unanimously to award a curve realignment project on Ivey Gulledge Road to East Coast Grading Inc. Work will begin around the beginning of June and is expected to be completed by July 27. The cost of the project is $204,000.
The board also voted to approve a revised development agreement with CCD Partners LLC, formerly Cedar Crest Developments LLC. Under the original agreement, payments would have been spread over 55 units that were planned. This was renegotiated down to the first 29 units. Only eight have been built so far and none have sold.

In other business, the board approved an on premises consumption of malt beverage and wine, liquor by the drink and Sunday sales license for Totopos Mexican Restaurant on East Paulding Drive.
