New Council Woman to Take Oath of Office on Dec. 10

Kathy Carter has been elected to represent Post 5 in Hiram; City says thanks to Earlene Graham for her service over the past four years.

Elected to represent Post 5 on the Hiram City Council in November’s 
City election, Kathy Carter will take the oath of office at the City Council’s Dec. 10 regular meeting and will begin her four-year term on Jan. 1. 

The City’s newest elected official moved to Hiram from West Palm 
Beach, Florida, seven years ago. She is employed by Family Intervention 
Specialists Inc. in Hiram as a community outreach specialist with a 
background in social work.

City Manager Robbie Rokovitz said City leaders and staff are thankful to outgoing Post 5 Councilwoman Earlene Graham for her dedicated service the past four years.
