Robots, Rockets' Red Glare, and Rain?

We've got some news to share even while you, and we, begin celebrating America's independence.

1. We could see some rain before we get a chance to see some fireworks.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 20-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. today; otherwise, we’ll enjoy mostly sunny skies and a high temperature near 95, while a wind of about 5 mph won’t cool us down too much. A 20-percent chance of rain and storms remains tonight, which will see partly cloudy skies and a low near 67.
