Board Approves Middle School Redistricting Plan

Several parents expressed dismay and anger of board members' approval of Paulding Schools' middle school redistricting plan.

Parents in attendance at tonight’s Paulding School Board meeting gave responses of "You've got to be kidding me," "You didn't listen," and "Just remember guys, we vote" after board members unanimously approved the school system’s middle school redistricting plan.

The plan in the Thornwood Community, Pickett’s Mill and Pickett’s Plantation subdivisions over a change to school attendance zones that moved their students from McClure Middle to East Paulding Middle.
