She also said its because they don't want a kid to break them while the pieces are at the shop. However, the couple of times I have had things broken it has been by employees and NOT kids or other customers! This is just their way of getting around having to take responsibility for anything broken! The owner, Elizabeth Mccollugh is a horrible person with absolutely NO customer service skills, no business sense, no common sense, extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and just someone whose business I WILL EVER PATRONIZE AGAIN!! My friends and USED to be very much regulars but all that has come to an end and will be looking for some place else to go! At this rate this paint shop, who has been out of most of their paint colors for the last two months, and almost never get in new pieces, will probably be out of business very soon!!
