Instead of hearing from State Sen. Tommie Williams (R-Lyons) tomorrow, Paulding Board of Education member Kim Cobb will be the guest speaker at Taylor Farm Park in the Parks and Recreation building. Since Williams sits on the Senate Reapportionment and Redistricting Committee, he is restricted in what he can say about the state's redistricting plans during this month's special session of the General Assembly due to pending lawsuits.
However, redistricting still will be discussed as it pertains to Paulding. Also, Cobb will discuss the upcoming school year.
