Last Chance: Apply for PCC Scholarship

Students and parents have until the end of the week to submit applications for the Paulding County Council of PTAs PCC Scholarship.

Last year, the Paulding County Council of PTAs (PCC) awarded two scholarships, totaling $1,650, to two high school seniors in the county. One of this year’s recipients could be a student you know—if they submit their application before the week’s end.

The first step of the two-step process to become eligible for a PCC scholarship is to join your high school’s PTSA. The final step is to fill out an application form (attached to this article) and submit it with required documentation, which includes copies of SAT/ACT scores, high school and/or college transcripts, a letter of recommendation and a student narrative. More information on the required documents can be found on the application form.

Scholarship applications must be completed and postmarked on or before Saturday. You may mail applications to the Paulding County Council of PTAs, 1186 Colbert Road, Dallas, GA 30132.
